Sample Production

​​​​​​​For newly-developed products, after production toolings are made, it's essential to control sample specs and details strictly before the main production for mass producing starts.

Often the factory may need to do a few rounds of small-quantity sample productions to fine-tune and/or to improve the toolings and manufacturing methods according to customer's requirements of final finished products and to control the cost for mass producing. 

Signing off the samples as a mass production quality standard is of great importance and an indispensable step in practice.
