Guardian Holdings has built a whole operational system with security and protection for your project/product. Each resource caters for a specific reason so that project members only get access to the information they need to know for their job(s) while the majority of the info of your project always stay protected. Most of our resources are 100% owned and managed by our own team. All of your commuination with us is only seen and accessible by us, no other third-party.
MyProjects
MyProjects is our own professional project collabration system where we can design any project structure to work and communicate systematicaly with you with all information dated and recorded. Every section of your project and every detail is planned out in advance allowing certain personnel(s) to access the project info on a need-to-know basis for tasks they are assigned to. MyProjects will keep everyone involved up to date with timely notification when each part/section has been put in action, finished or when a probelm/issue has occurred and been reported by project members.
MyProjects also has its own mobile app, which allows users to access and operate freely and conveniently on the go.
SharePoint
Microsoft SharePoint is installed in our own server and used as our main internal management and collaboration platform with shared and controlled access. It's also our cloud storage and archive safebox. All info of our customers' projects will be safely stored in our SharePoint with controlled accessibility.
SharePoint is our first point of document uploading and shareing of all confidental information with the exception of QC photos which will be posted to MyProjects first.
Email Communication
Guardian Holdings owns its own enterprise email server giving customers the peace of mind that all email communitaction between Guardian Holdings and customers is encrypted and secure, and that no one in the back end can see your email nor steal your information which happens often on free email accounts provided from the "Big Tech".
Guardian Holdings has a stronge belief in having as much control as possible over the information we receive in order to protect our clients' interests and investments.
Video Platform
Flickie is a video sharing platform which is developed, owned and controled by our own team with no third party involved in the back end. Flickie functions also as a private sharing platform.
Sensitive videos demonstrating your idea or product or project details, etc. can be uploaded to Flickie on "Unlisted" or "Private" to share limitedly between you and our project management team.
Private Video Conferencing Platform
Video conferencing has become more accepted nowadays but you still don't know who is in the backend and what they are doing with your data. In order to have a total secure video conferencing platform with suppliers and customers, we purchased our own software and started to host our own video conferences in private.
If you need a meeting every day for as long as you need, our system can provide the service free of charge with unlimited numbers of participants.
Large Private File Transfer
Guardian Holdings hosts its own large-document file sharing site so confidential and large-sized files can be uploaded and shared with confidence. All documents are encrypted using 256-bit advanced encryption standard (AES) with document access control and audit trails for your peace of mind.
Most common file formats can be viewed and shared within the platform easily by our clients and us with controllability of our own data.
Real-Time Shipment Tracking
Guardian Holdings can provide detailed real-time shipment tracking for all shippments shipped by sea freight. You can monitor where your shipment is at any given time. If there is a hold up with the ship you can see where this is and when the new ETA will be to your port of destination.
Having access to this information makes it easier for you to plan ahead so you are ready as soon as the shipment arrives.
