Guardian Holdings HK Limited was established in 2010.
Aaron Broderick, New Zealander based in China since 2011, is the sole owner and a director of the company. Lilian, Aaron’s wife and business partner is from Zhejiang, China with multi-language skills and a family business background, she also lived in Australia for over five years.
Both partners are environmentalists, people-oriented, mission-driven, and ethics-guided. They’ve built and trained a team in China who are trust-worthy, transparent, ethical, agile, and reliable, and who are equipped with tools for the jobs and “vehicles for the local terrains and climates”.
With all the successes and learning-obstacles of their own projects over the years, they are well-experienced in dealing and managing manufacturers of different scales, in sourcing products to making high-end toolings, in systematically specifying product requirements to mass production management, in supply chain and supply network management and in crisis rescues. They are the people on the ground.
Their mission is to help overseas customers to achieve their goals in China manufacturing projects, in international trade and shipping with less stress and more efficiency.
